Aging body: expanded consciousness awareness

Let’s rethink aging: it is not an ending, but evolution in motion. This talk is a moment to pause and reflect: how are we living this phase of life? More than a lecture, this is a space to reconnect with your own evolutionary journey — because maybe the question isn’t how old we are, but how consciously we’re aging.

Ana Lúcia Lage is a dedicated volunteer and instructor in Conscientiology, having actively contributed to the field since 1991 and 1993, respectively. Her extensive international experience includes living in five different countries, where she has presented courses, lectures, and workshops. Ana holds a degree in Psychology with specializations in Psychogerontology and Emotional Intelligence in Health Humanization. Currently, Ana volunteers at BiblioÁfrica, a global initiative dedicated to donating Conscientiology literature to libraries across Africa. This project has donated over 1,400 books to 568 libraries in 34 countries, aiming to spread knowledge of Conscientiology and its related fields. BiblioÁfrica offers free access to a variety of Conscientiology literature, including treatises, manuals, and newsletters, which can be downloaded from their online library.
